My printer is a MG7520. It won't print any more - not that

Customer Question

My printer is a MG7520. It won't print any more - not that old either. I have tried to unplug it from electric for overnight and that worked a couple times. Not anymore. Does this have something to do with the Driver they think I need to update?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: We bought it in March 2015
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I'm printing from an HP desk top - what do you mean by operating system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This has been going on for about 6 weeks. I haven't tried it today. It's been 3 days since I tried to print.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me how the printer is connected to your computer? Via a USB cable or a wireless router?

Please let me know.
