Customer Question

Imoved my printer from one side of the desk to the other, now a printer error message pops up on the priner screen. Says to turn off, then turn back on.
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: nothing changed
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Lenovo desk top
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was working. I unplugged it, moved it from one side of the table to the other. Plugged it back in, now this
