JA: What's the make and model of the printer?
Customer: Epson XP 830 series
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC my laptop. im printing a word document
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: For the past 2-3 days now. I had printed some documents prior and had them waiting in the bin before retrieving them.

Hi and welcome to the site, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially, a possibility is that the paper sensor in the output tray is stuck and falsely sensing.

Try cleaning or even spraying the inside of the output bin with compressed air.

Likewise, exercise / close the output tray by pressing the open/close output tray button or by hand, if necessary. a couople of times.
