we can't get it to print in color. Plenty of ink. checked settings-it seems to be set up correctly but no color printing.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson wp 4530
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. Windows.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Ive had at office since June of 2016, but have never really tried to print in color. Now I have some brochures that need to be printed in color, and they just come out b&w

Have you run a nozzle check on the printer? From the printer display click Setup (the little tools icon)

Use the arrow keys to select Maintenance press OK.

select Nozzle Check and press OK and press one of the start buttons.

If the page prints and the nozzle check pattern
is complete, the product is operating properly.

could be caused by your computer, cable, software,
or selected settings.
