It is in one mode of printing photos and I can't get it ou of this mode. Help??????????????
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: XP-610 it is 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I can't remember it has been about 2 wks.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

First, let's try to do a soft reset. This entails simply turning the printer on, when you hear the mechanics starting to move, immediately unplug the printer. Let the printer sit for about 10 minutes. This clears the memory and also clears any static in the unit as well.

Go ahead and do this for me and then plug in and turn the printer back on after 10 minutes. Let me know if this resolved the problem or if we need to proceed!
