I need to run it on anther computer but can't find the install disc. Is there any hope? The new computer sees it as an MG5400 but zi csn't seem to talk with it
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Pixma MG5420 round 2 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Win XP7 on Dell XPPROPlus laptop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Yesterday just after the printer was moved from a windows desktop. The OS on both is the same XP Pro 8
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
