my computer no longer recognizes the printer, an mx922. I can print only from my phone & ipad. Any suggestions? Computer is an HP with windows 365
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Both the computer and printer were purchased 3/2015
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: the printer is an MX 922
