My photos are very beautiful on my computer monitor, but

Customer Question

My photos are very beautiful on my computer monitor, but when I print them they are not nice. They are washed out and faces are orange.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: SureColor P400
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I am printing from iMac 10.9.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It is an issue from the start. I did all recomended test, I did clean everything, but same results. I am using Epson only products.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That I am very unhappy and I did try everything ever recommended.
