I can't get my mfc-j410w printer to go online, I have gone through the setup and it says its connected but when I go to print it says it is offline
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: its a brother mfc-j410w printer and is about 3 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC with windows 10 64 bit
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: My time warner cable router went down and I have not been able to print since then I can get on the internet, but cant pring
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
