I've been trying to connect my computer to my printer via wi-f-.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 3620 Epson about 1 year old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was up and running and then I bought a new computer
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: and hooked it up everything was fine and then my Wi-Fi went down and I lost connection to printer. since then my Wi-Fi is up and my fone and my amazon echo are working but when I try t cnnect compute to printer it does not connect. tried about 6 times I go threw direstion from computer and printer and when im done the computer says it cannot find wifi

Is the Internet currently working fine on your computer?

When you try the Wi-Fi setup wizard on the printer's screen (not on the computer), what happens? Does it connect successfully? Or is there any error or message?
