I have tried to print documents and it does not print any

Customer Question

I have tried to print documents and it does not print any letters on my WF2530 Epson printer. I've reset the wireless and it's not that. I've changed all the ink cartridges and its not that.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: WF2530
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing it's been a month now and I've updated printer drivers so it couldn't be that either
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really i depend on the printer
