I would like to talk to you. But, for some reason, my PISMA922 is not printing 8x10 inch photos. It is printing 7 3/4 x 9 1/2 photos. I am Edward ********, Tele: **********
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: It is only one month old: I have the box near me. I see MX922, nisw2k 69928002. It is a cCanon printer. I do not know what you mean by make.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: The compugor is a DELL, with windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have been printing photos every since I bought it with no problem. Yesterday, I wanted to do some more work. I crop pictures and print. It was yesterday that it begin printing 7,.75 x 9.5 inch photos. Is there a setting that has changed?
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I know of nothing else.
