My Epson WF-3620 stopped working suddenly: I think it's a

Hi John. My Epson WF-3620 stopped working suddenly: I think it's a connection issue. I have tried downloading a new driver, rebooting, nothing helps. Any suggestions?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Only a month or so. Almost brand new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only in the last 12 hours. Nothing popped up. The printer stated it is low on yellow. I pressed OK on the screen. It did not prompt me to change the cartridge yet (I have changed cartridges in the past, so I know the prompts)
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when printing?

Where did you try to download a new driver? Was there any error or message when installing the new driver?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Is the printer connected to the computer with the USB cable? Or is the printer wireless?

Was there any change recently to your computer or internet service / internet modem / router device that may have caused this issue?
