the problem with my printer is that when it closes, i think something snapped off because my son used it and it says the right cartridge needs to be removed and put back in, and that is not the problem because its perfect. when i close it right it prints but right now its not doing anything. can it be fixed?
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: 9495 that is what it uses. my printer is Hewlett Packer 6210 All in One
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Hello, I'm Wes, and I'll be assisting you today.

Because something snapped off, the printer will require servicing. Unfortunately, the printer is not under warranty and it may be costly to repair the printer.

In this case, if you have inspected everything and it still asks for the ink cartridge, then it would be best to get a new printer that is under warranty.

Repair can cost just about the same as a new printer.
