I have changed my wifi from Frontier to Spectrum. I do I change it on my printer so that it will recognize the new wifi?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: WF 3640. About 1 1/2 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: mAC Lion 10.7.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i changed from Frontier to Spectrum (TWC) about 3 weeks ago. Have been out of town since then, so did not realize the printer did not recognize the new wifi connection until about 4 days ago
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so. I would just like to have my printer hooked up to my wifi so I can (happily) print again. Thanks for asking.

I'm sorry about the issue. On your printer, please press the Home button, then press the network / wireless icon, then select Wi-Fi setup, then option Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name and check.

Note: Wi-Fi / wireless password ***** key / passphrase is case-sensitive. If you do not know your wireless password, please let me know the model of your internet modem / router device.
