Canon MX410 series _63ADD7000000 this printer won't print after a technician from Frontier upgraded our Internet.
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: No, it has not. Guesstimate 5 years maybe
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It is a newer Mac, a year and a half old. Don't know the OS
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We had a technician Thursday morning from Frontier who put in a new router. After that, it would not print.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not anything I can think of.

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried anything?

- What's the model of your internet modem/router device? Is it new?

- Can you go to the Menu on the printer, then go to options Device settings -> LAN settings -> Wireless LAN setup -> Setup wizard (or Standard setup), and select / connect to your Wi-Fi/wireless network name?
