My Epson workforce 545 will not print properly from the computer but will print from tje coper properly. The printing from the computer has some faded lines and some missing lines
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Epson workforce 545, model C423A purchased in 2008.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I installed a black ink cartridge (offbrand) two weeks ago. I removed it when the problem started and purchased an Epson cartridge. The exact same problem still exsists
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i uninstalled the entire program off my computer, today and reinstalled it. There was no change.
