I need to replace an ink cartridge. I can't get it to go to

I need to replace an ink cartridge. I can't get it to go to the "change the cartridge" print on the screen and the cartridges won't come out when I open the printer.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: It is a WF-2530 and I'm using 200 cartridges.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was able to change the prior cartridge by using a u tube video, as I have in the past and now I can't get the printer to respond.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I would like for someone to email directions on how to change the cartridges to me so I don't have to watch the u tube. Thank you!

On your printer:

Press the Menu button

Select Maintenance (using the arrows)

Select Ink Cartridge Replacement then press OK button.

Life the scanner unit

You should be able to replace the ink cartridge now. Please let me know if it does not work otherwise if you can take a minute and use the rating system to rate our session as 3 stars or higher and press Submit so I am credited with helping you.

The direction arrows aren't working.

Power off the printer and unplug it from the wall outlet.

Wait 1 minute then plug it back in then power it on

I will be turning the printer off in the next few minutes. I am totally dissatisfied with the "support" from Epson. I am not happy with being charged for every little thing. Thank you for not charging me for not doing the Secure Remote Assistance.
