Customer Question

Hello, The nprinter keeps on jamming. It makes a terrible noise as it attempts to feed the paper.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Epson WF-7620. It is only a couple fo months old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had been printing some pages, then it said paper jam. I removed the paper and then it repeatedly jammed and started making the noise when it tried to feed the paper
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that'a all.

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Where has the paper been jamming, in the same place each time I would presume, but where in the printer?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Hi Russell,
I got a hold of the manufacturer and they are sending me a new printer.
Thanks for getting back to me, but I no longer have the problem.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 9 months ago.

That's reasonable - I was thinking of that, since you said the printer is only a few months old, and it sounded like a severe problem.
