I have an MX922 Series printer. I keep getting an error

I have an MX922 Series printer. I keep getting an error message that says, a required file may be deleted or damaged. Please reinstall the disc.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: MX922 Canon Printer. I had the disc checked and all the files are there. I reinstalled twice and still get the same message. I think I have a damaged file on the disc.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Toschiba Laptop wireless
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It worked fine for awhile and then it started popping up with the error message. It has been going on everytime I log in now.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I need you to send me a replacement disc.
