I have an MG7720 wireless canon printer and cannot connect

Customer Question

I have an MG7720 wireless canon printer and cannot connect to my Lenovo PC
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: My Canon is a few months old. I recently purchased this computer and they were connected and I was able to print, but after a few hours it said the printer was offine. The printer was connected to wifi. I disconnected the printer, thinking if I disconnected and then reconnected, it might print.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just today
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Hello, and thank you for using this service.

Sorry you are having trouble. I will help you now.

How close is the priner to your wireless router or gateway? Are they in the same room?

Are you there?

Yes I am here. With the Q&A it does take some time for me to reply. If you'd like to solve this problem faster and more efficiently with immediate one-to-one service, I can connect to you remotely (which includes phone support if necessary). I send you an offer for this. Would you like remote service?

If not, please let me know if you are able to go through the wireless setup on the printer itself (not on your computer) to ensure the printer is connected to your wireless network and is not using WPS (one touch setup).
