How do I resize a picture I want to copy.? My printer is a Hewitt Packard printer Envy 5660
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I know how to get to the resize dial where you can set the number to enlarge or make smaller. The serial number is TH58C8VOYX
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: What is (MAC or PC) What is an operating system? Like Goggle Chrome Is PC a personal computer?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been a continual problem, since I got it about 2 years ago and if I try differeent things sometimes it worky

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

On the printer do this:

- starting at the Home screen

touch COPY

enter desired number of copies or swipe to that number

touch the SETTINGS icon (a round gear icon)

then touch Resize (about fourth or fifth down in the options, if there is a menu of choices)

and then touch Custom

and then choose a % from 25 % to 400 %, and then

touch Done.

Then touch BACK to return to the copy screen, and touch


to start the copy with those settings.
