officejet 4630 not scanning my comcast home network. Windows 10 finds no trouble. 4630 wireless lite is on
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Print 72 about 18 months old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: as I said windows 10 on PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: confusion. Worked with Comcast tech support. All OK there
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: installed Widows 10 few months ago. Still not comfortable with its diagnostice
