Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

Are you getting any errors when you connect to WiFi network ?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No, just an 'unable to connect' msg. Then refer to CanonMX472 manual.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
How much will this cost?

We can try to save WiFi settings to the printer from your computer using USB cable. Do you have a printer USB there ?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Thanks, ***** ***** figure it out myself!
Expert:  Ashik replied 10 months ago.

There is a way to save WiFi settings directly to the printer from your Mac using a cable. If you have the cable, then I will send you the instructions to do that.

Let me know if you need help with that

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
$39 is too much to pay. Thank you!
Expert:  Ashik replied 10 months ago.

If you are talking about secure remote assistance, then that is a completely optional additional service. You don't need to accept it. That is an offer sent by this site.

I can send you the instructions in here for the deposit you made in this site. If you don't want to continue, then it is ok. You can cancel this question.
