I can't seem to connect w/ my computer (iMac desktop, 2 yrs.). Followed the instructions on uTube and when I put in password, they would not connect. Any suggestions?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: canonMX472 about 1-2 yrs. old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: iMac, 3 yrs. old, 10.11.6
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Have never been connected since I got printer 6 mos. ago.
