JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson WF-2650
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: iMac OS X 10.9.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Two weeks ago I changed the red ink
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: In other printers I had before, there used to be a cleaning routine I can select, not in this one

Are you certain that you have all the ink cartridges in the correct slots? Please check that first. Especially if you may be using generic/refilled cartridges, they are often mislabeled, so that may be the primary issue.

After checking that, can you please try making a copy from the glass for me, rather than a computer print, and let me know if that is discolored as well?
