My HP printer won't accept my PC wireless message for printing whether I am in the next room or next to the printer. For a few years I had no problem.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
