Second opinion] - I have an error message on my WF-3620

Customer Question

Second opinion] - I have an error message on my WF-3620 printer, "Printer error. Turn the power off and on again." This made no difference. Error Code:0x69
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is an Epson WF-3620. I think it is less than 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It is a PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just happened. I don't know exactly, since my wife was trying to print from her laptop. I was not in the room
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No... I told you everything I know about it.

Hey there, I'm Tim....sounds like a very generic error, is the printer making any noises? If you lift the lead does the ink carriage move over?
