HI. I HAVE AN ENSON WF 3640. I CAN'T MAKE LEGAL COPIES ,RIGHT NOW . MY SETTINGS ARE:CASSETTE 1:LETTER PLAIN PAPER/ CASSETTE 2:LEGAL PLAIN PAPER. WHEN I AN MAKING LEGAL COPIES, I RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE: THE PAPER SOURCE SETTING IS INVALID, HAPPENS THE SAME I USE THE AUTOMATIC OPTION. HOW I FIX THIS PROBLEM? THANKS. CARLOS

1: go into your printer's driver settings or Properties, and make sure that both

Paper Size

and

Paper Tray

are specified as something other than 'Auto' and point toward the legal size loaded in the Tray 2.

2: make sure your program's print settings are also consonant with this printing task, from Tray 2.
