I am having difficulty with the printer detecting the alignment page when I go to calibrate
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Photosmart D110
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Lenova
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just happened. I just changed the black ink cartridge
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

First, check that the paper you are using is clean and white and crease-free.

If the alignment page contains defects, the product cannot align the cartridges correctly when scanning the page.

The patterns on the alignment page should be printed clearly and extend across the page. If parts of the pattern are missing, the calibration process will not work.

Try running a few cleans using the printer's menu, then try printing another alignment page and let me know if that works.
