JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: jEpsonStylus NX625, don't know how old but had it for probably 5 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Not sure what the operating system is
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I asked for a pin number to connect to printer and did not receive the email from hp -- which the instructions said I would

Why would you get an Email with a PIN from HP.......your printer is NOT an HP printer....its an Epson Printer. confused why you would get somethign from HP at all?

In addition to dont need PIN numbers to connect a printer, and print.

YOu only need to connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable, then install the software that came WITH the printer......and done.

So......I thnk you might be confused on what you actually HAVE to do, and what you think is geting done.

I would like to have a remote session with you to diagnose, and resolve this issue you are having.

Do you have some time to do this?

I connected my hp laptop to my epson printer and the screen message said that I would receive an email with a pin number which needed to complete the connection

Ive never heard of such a thing. you mind doing a Remote Session, so i can SEE this, and verify, and resolve the issue?
