Customer: Well, it happened last year. I just decided to explore getting it fixed so the machine has not been used for nearly a year. No significant events prior to receiving that message...

If the printer is NOT printing........does it show an error message?

Or do you get an error light on the printer itself?

i mean, if it wont print....we have to have a direction to go in.

Especially if you replaced ther Waste Toner, there is alot of things inside the printer that you CANT EVEN TOUCH or it will damage the componenets.

Shown in the link is the electrodes that you CANT touch for risk of damage......and there is alot of them.

You might possibly have done damage and not known it???

Until i hear back from just guessing.
