My WIFI bars disappeared. How do I get them back?

Customer Question

My WIFI bars disappeared. How do I get them back?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Unfortunately, my PC is at home and I'm at work. This is what I recall PRO 3000 MT. It's probably more than 5 years old. Just moved and was setting up a new WIFI and internet connection.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC-Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Less than a week. I've been trying to work with Comcast to get an internet connection because of my move.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just noticed that this is for a printer question...which is not a problem I'm having. Sorry!!

You mentioned that you moved and set up a new Wi-Fi network.

Did you connect the computer to the new Wi-Fi network? It will not automatically connect to the new one the first time. After you save the information, it will auto-connect after but not the first time.
