Hello, my scan option stop working. My model is HL-2280DW. Can you help me to get the scanner to work again?
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a laser printer and the serial no. is U62708C4N743495. It was manufacatures March/2014. Again, the model no. is HL-2280DW.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - ?. Do you mean windows, microsoft? I am not computer savvy!
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been a couple of weeks. I have no idea what happened. It just stopped working. On the printer screen it say "check connectivity".
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
