I have an epson ET-4550 and am receiving a scanner error code 11 on the printer.

Hi there, I'm Tim and will be assisting you, the error reads as follows:

n ink cartridge is expended or incorrectly installed.

If an ink cartridge is expended, you must replace the cartridge.

If you just replaced a cartridge and the error code still appears, the cartridge is not installed correctly. Press Start to move the cartridges to the replacement position. Press down on all the installed cartridges, then press Start to continue.

Did you change the ink out?
