I'm am attempting to connect my wireless printer HP envy 4512. The test page says we are connected, but when it asks me for my IP address and I type it in, it says that it is incorrect
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Everything is brand new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC and I think windows 10

Customer: We are just setting everything up because we just got it
