The error you are getting is due to an internal hardware error. This usually means that the printer will need to be replaced.
Once thing you can try is to remove the ink cartridges, unplug the printer power for 10 minutes, plug back in, then re-insert the ink cartridges. This will at least eliminate the ink cartridge and print head hardware issues if any. Give that a try and let me know if the error resets.
