Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Make sure printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer's front cover.
  3. Press key Clear or Clear/Back on the printer.
  4. Press key 1.
    - The screen should display Accepted, then “Cover Is Open, Close the Front Cover”
  5. Close printer's cover, and check.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please try:

  1. Make sure printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer's front cover.
  3. Press the Clear or Clear/Back key on printer
    - The printer's screen will show “REPLACE DRUM? 1. Yes 2. No”
  4. Press *00 on the printer's keypad one at a time (that's asterisk key, number 1 key, and number 2 key) ;Do not press 1 or 2.)
    - Then it should display "Accepted."
  5. Close the front cover, and check.

Solution #3:

  1. Make sure printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer's front cover.
  3. Press key Clear or Clear/Back on the printer.
  4. Press the three keys *12 one at a time (that's asterisk, key 1, and key 2)
