printer stop working. states there is a jam. I have followed all the instructions .I have looked for paper in the machine, I have closed all the doors and it is giving me the same message.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I HAVE A HP LASER

Customer: ON MY COMPUTER

Customer: I work independently and I need to print and fax.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
