My printer is working fine but I am unable to scan from the printer to the computer. I have an Epson WF-3640 printer. Can you give me some advice on how to make it scan to the computer?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I purchased it this year approx. 6 months ago. The model showsC481E
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I is a HP and is using windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This is a new computer and I have never tried to scan until recently
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. That is the only problem that I know of so far.
