Customer Question

After upgrading to Windows 10, my MG5200 no longer has scanning capability. Do i need a driver?
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: On bottom has embossed "Multifunction Printer K10359"
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Maybe 3-4 years old. PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Scanning worked fine when at Windows7, and my wife's laptop can still scan (hers is Windows 10).
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's all; thanks!
