I have an Envy series printer, brand new, and suddenly it

I have an Envy series printer, brand new, and suddenly it stopped printing. Says user intervention is required. Can't figure out. Annoying!
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 7460?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. Its a 6 months old running windows 10. Came on the computer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Its been the last week. Nothing major happened. Tried to print an excel doc just before things stopped
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I just want the printer to work all the time and understand what it takes to resolve a problem.
