Customer Question

Problem: Scanned document is unreadable in TIFF, JPEG, or PDF. Far too blurry.
I need a readable document to attach to an e-mail. Am running Apple Sierra. The scan to HD produced readable documents in the past, but the procedure (after I uploaded Sierra) for scanning is one I haven't seen before.
Can you help?

Hi/ I would be happy to try to help you with this situation.
