I am having trouble printing documents without logo

Customer Question

I am having trouble printing documents without logo appearing on left top corner. I have paid for pdf license and it has been processed. Have been informed it has been installed. Have wasted hours on this and it still doesn't work.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I have Windows 10, QBooks 2011, and had no trouble at all until QB10 was installed.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It has been going on prox 10 days - now am unable to print ANYTHING. Am afraid I'll have to call in a tech specialist, which I can ill afford.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Hi! I would love to help.

First, I want to make sure I undertand. "Trouble printing documents without logo appearing . . ."

Does that mean:

1) You cannot print documents that don't already have a logo on them; or

2) Every time you print a document, an unwanted logo appears
