Really?? Is this a real person?
JA: I'm the Printer Technician's Assistant. I work with them to help customers like you.
Customer: OK, I'll try to use this service, thank you.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson WF3540. I've had it maybe 3 years. Haven't used it much.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. I just bought a Microsoft Surface. Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just tonight. I tried to use it with this computer for the first time. I downloaded the drivers and software from the Epson site.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. The problem is, when I print, blank pages come out. The document doesn't print. I also put in new ink cartridges to make sure that is not the issue

let me know when was the last time the printer was used for printing and it printed fine
