I have an Epson printer of the RX560 type and it does not

Customer Question

hi, i have an Epson printer of the RX560 type and it does not recognise my new set of cartridges
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Epson Stylus PHOTO RX560 of late 2006 / early 2007
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 8.1 and Windows XP both have the same issue with that printer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: black cartridge was empty and the rest almost aswell. got a new kit and replaced them
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: when i take out the new black cartridge, it doesnt give an error about the rest.
