I have Pixma MX452 printer which has run out of black ink. I"ve purchased a new supply unit but don,t know how to instal iit. I've misplaced the instruction manual which I'm told how to do it. Most
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer?
Customer: Canon Pixma MX452 I can't find a serial number. All the Canon units at the store are different
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: The computer is an Asus Desktop originally running 64 bit Windows 7 but
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This is the first time. The original ink cartridge is still in the printer I don't
