I have a new canon mg 2922 printer - I bought last week - I used it successfully after I set it up with my laptop, however, now I can't get it to work

What was your printer doing when it failed to work? It is only one week old, Sir or Madam?

Thanks for responding - I use it while traveling in our RV from my Microsoft Surface pro (Win 10) I have it plugged into my computer directly, either into a usb port or a usbhub . It is "ON" and the power cord plugged in. when I go to print from any program nothing happens - (oh and I've set it as the default printer just in case)

Ok. please do me one small favor and return the Printer to any Staples within the USA. the reason is that the Printer is Damaged through no Fault of your own.

Traveling in an RV would not damage the printer. Just return it for an "Even Exchange."
