2540 will not print. Items placed on the glass or scanned

Customer Question

2540 will not print. Items placed on the glass or scanned will not print. Item from on line printed very light. Ink cartridges are full. Nozzles have been cleaned three times, test comes out good. Printer is on a Mac OX 10.

When you say test comes out good, do you mean the nozzle check page?
