It is a canon maxify mb2350 keeps saying processing please wait and wont print from any device I have even after rebooting printer and devices
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is 2 months old and has never done this it has not had much use
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: i have 2 different microsoft laptops
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: this one is windows 10 npthing happened before this popped up i sent a doc to print and the rpinter hangs with this error message] i cant cancel the queue without crashing my computer and the printer but it still says same message when i try to print
