Text are misaligned eventhough I bought new colored and blank ink. I also performed trouble shooting producers but still awful misaligned.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Canon PIXMA MG2120. It's more than 5 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About 5 months already. I thought I only need new ink. It is working on test print.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Am I gonna be charged if talk to your technician?

Based on your initial question, that would be the likely outcome anyway, everything here points to a bad printhead, which is normal based on the age.

I can recommend some replacement models for you though.
